Localization: Help ("?") button on the "Addressable Group Rules" asset Inspector leads to a missing Unity Manual page

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new project 
2. Install the Localization package (com.unity.localization)
3. In the Project window, right-click in Assets and choose Create > Localization > "Addressable Group Rules (Default)"
4. Select the created asset
5. In the Inspector, click the help ("?") button on the "Localization Addressable Group Rules.asset (...)" header
6. Observe the page that opens in the browser

Actual results: The browser opens "https://docs.unity3d.com/6000.6/Documentation/Manual/class-AddressableGroupRules.html"  and the Unity Documentation site returns "Sorry... that page seems to be missing!". 

Expected results: The help button opens the documentation page for the Addressable Group Rules asset

Reproducible with versions: 1.5.12 (6000.5.7f1, 6000.6.0f1, 6000.7.0a6)

Tested on (OS): MacBook Pro - Tahoe 26.6.2
