Thank you for reporting a bug to Unity. We have reviewed the issue carefully, and in this case, the team is unable to prioritize fixing this bug. There are a number of reasons we make this decision, including the impact and severity of the issue across our user and customer base, and the possibility that future plans may solve the problem in a different way, or that a workaround for the bug may be available. Today we will be closing this case. Thank you again for taking the time to report this issue, and please let us know if there is anything else that changes the impact or severity of this issue.
Steps to reproduce:
Actual results: The window keeps the state each row had when it was opened and never refreshes it. Japanese still reads as selectable although it is now in the project, and adding it creates a second Locale asset for a culture that already exists. The same staleness applies in the other direction: if a Locale asset is deleted in the Project window while "Add Locale" is open, its row stays greyed out and cannot be re-added until the window is reopened
Expected results: The list refreshes when the window regains focus or when the project's Locale assets change, so already-added locales are greyed out and removed ones become selectable again
Reproducible with versions: 1.5.12 (6000.5.7f1, 6000.6.0f1, 6000.7.0a6)
Tested on (OS): MacBook Pro - Tahoe 26.6.2
