Editor hangs when "AssetDatabaseExperimental.ForceProduceArtifact" is called with a default "ArtifactKey"

How to reproduce:

1. Open the attached "IN-151127" project
2. In the menu bar, select "Bug Repro" > "Force Produce Artifact with Default Key"
3. Observe the Editor

Actual result: The Editor hangs indefinitely and has to be force-closed
Expected result: The invalid default "ArtifactKey" is rejected with an exception or an error, and the Editor stays responsive

Reproducible with: 6000.0.0f1, 6000.0.83f1, 6000.3.23f1, 6000.5.11f1, 6000.6.0f1, 6000.7.0a6

Reproducible on: Ubuntu 24.04 LTS, Ubuntu 26.04 LTS (by user), Windows 10 Pro
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
