Caret is not visible in the majority of search bars and text fields after opening the Smart String information window

How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open Window > Asset Management > Localization Tables
3. In the Localization Tables window select the 'Edit Table Collection' tab
4. Click on the 'Debug' button under the 'English (en)' Smart String
5. Open the information window by clicking on the text of the 'English (en)' Smart String
6. In the Localization Tables window click on the search bar

Expected result: The caret in the search bar is visible
Actual result: The caret is not visible

Reproducible with: Localization 0.5.0-preview, 9.0.0-preview (2019.4.15f1, 2020.1.14f1, 2020.2.0b11, 2021.1.0a7)
Cannot test with: Localization 0.3.1-preview (2018.4.29f1) (the Smart String is not introduced), 0.5.0-preview, 9.0.0-preview (2018.4.29f1) (the Localization package versions are not supported)

Notes:

• The issue does not reproduce with the Package Manager search bar
• The issue reproduces not only with search bars but also with other text fields (e. g. when renaming an Asset)
• The issue reproduces in the majority of windows (Hierarchy, Project, Console, Scene View, Project Settings, Profiler...)
