How to reproduce:
1. Open Unity Hub
2. Go to Installs → Install Editor
3. Choose a Unity Editor version, select the Android module and install it
4. Minimize Unity Hub
5. Observe the dock
Actual result: Every time an Android module is finished installing, the Unity Hub dock icon bounces in the dock
Expected result: The Unity Hub dock icon only bounces once when the Unity Editor with all the modules is done installing

Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
