UXML gets dirty when using Cut operation in UI Builder

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create and open a new project
2. Create a new UXML file and open it in UI Builder
3. Create a Visual Element in the UI Builder
4. Save the changes (to make the UXML clean)
5. Select it and press CTRL+X
6. Observe the UI Builder's tab

Actual results: It becomes dirty (has an asterisk: '*')

Expected results: It stays clean until a Paste operation is done

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.0f1, 6000.0.83f1, 6000.3.24f1, 6000.6.1f1, 6000.7.0a6

Tested on (OS): Windows 11 Pro (25H2)

• In UI stage (in 6000.6 and 6000.7) the issue doesn't reproduce
