UXML Template cannot be opened after creating it in UI Stage

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create and open a new project
2. Open Edit -> Project Settings -> UI Toolkit
3. Enable 'in-scene UI Authoring' and 'Main Stage Authoring'
4. In Hierarchy, right-click -> UI Toolkit -> Standard Elements -> Visual Element
5. Right-click the VisualElement and 'Create Template'
6. Hover the cursor outside the Hierarchy
7. Save the Template UXML file
8. Observe the Hierarchy
9. Hover over the arrow (which opens the UXMLs in UI stage) in Hierarchy
10. Observe the Hierarchy

Actual results: The arrow disappears, and the UXML cannot be entered

Expected results: The arrow remains, and the UXML can be entered

Reproducible with versions: 6000.7.0a6

Can’t test with versions: 6000.0.83f1, 6000.3.24f1, 6000.6.11f1, 6000.7.0a5 (No 'Create Template' option)

Tested on (OS): Windows 11 Pro (25H2)

Notes:

• The arrow returns upon saving the changes in the UI
