Input System: All three Package Manager links open a missing page in 6.7.0, while the same links work in 1.20.0

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new project with 6000.7.0a6 that bundles Input System 6.7.0
2. Open "Window > Package Manager" and switch the list to "Packages: Unity Registry"
3. Select "Input System" and install it if it is not already installed
4. Look below the package description for the "Documentation", "Changelog" and "Licenses" links
5. Click all three links and observe the result
6. Repeat steps 1 to 4 on a stream that bundles Input System 1.20.0 and compare the same area

Actual results: All three links open Unity's "Sorry... that page seems to be missing!" page

Expected results: All three links open published pages for the installed package version

Reproducible with versions: 6.7.0 (6000.7.0a6)

Not reproducible with versions:  1.19.0(6000.7.0a5), 1.20.0(6000.5.7f1)

Tested on (OS): MacBook Pro - Tahoe 26.6.2
