Input System: "Documentation", "Changelog" and "Licenses" links are all missing from the package details in Package Manager

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new project with 6000.7.0a6 that bundles Input System 6.7.0
2. Open "Window > Package Manager" and switch the list to "Packages: Unity Registry"
3. Select "Input System" and install it if it is not already installed
4. Look below the package description for the "Documentation", "Changelog" and "Licenses" links
5. Repeat steps 1 to 4 on a stream that bundles Input System 1.20.0 and compare the same area

Actual results: None of the three links are shown for Input System 6.7.0. The whole links block is absent from the details pane. All three are present for the same package at 1.19.0 and 1.20.0.

Expected results: Package Manager shows "Documentation", "Changelog" and "Licenses" links for Input System 6.7.0, as it does for 1.20.0, and the Documentation link opens a published manual for that package version.

Reproducible with versions: 6.7.0 (6000.7.0a6)

Not reproducible with versions:  1.19.0(6000.7.0a5), 1.20.0(6000.5.7f1)

Tested on (OS): MacBook Pro - Tahoe 26.6.2
