Categories Title section for the Sprite Library Editor window overlaps with the list of categories when it contains many entries

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the attached project 
2. Select the New Sprite Library Asset
3. Drag the Sprite Library Editor Window's divider to resize the window vertically
4. Observe the Category title section

Actual results: The Sprite Library Editor Window's Category title section overlaps with the category list. The severity of the overlap depends on the number of categories contained within a list and its vertical height

Expected results: The Sprite Library Editor Window's Category title section does not overlap with the category list, regardless of the number of categories inside the list or the window's vertical height

Reproducible with versions: 13.0.5, 13.0.6(6000.3.0f1), 16.0.1, 17.0.1(6000.7.0a6)

Not reproducible with versions: 10.1.14 (6000.1.0b1), 13.0.4(6000.3.0f1)

Tested on (OS): macOS 26.6.2

 

Notes:

• The overlap can prevent the use of the "+" button to add new Categories to the list
