There is no option to sort by Published day (oldest first) when sorting Packages in Package Manager window

How to reproduce:

1. Create and open a new Unity Project
2. In the Menu bar select “Window” → “Package Management” → “Package Manager”
3. In the opened Package Manager window click on the “Sort:” dropdown
4. Observe the dropdown

Actual result: The Package Manager window doesn’t have an option to sort Packages by Published date (oldest first)
Expected result: Package Manager window has options to sort Packages by Publish date both oldest first and newest first

Reproducible with: 6000.0.0f1, 6000.0.83f1, 6000.3.24f1, 6000.6.1f1, 6000.7.0a6
