Marquee select selects Picking Mode 'Ignore' and invisible elements in UI Viewport

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new project
2. Import the [Internal link] UXML
3. Open it in UI Viewport
4. Shift-click-drag from the cyan Visual Element "#IgnoredPick" towards the "#SideB" button 
5. Observe the UI Viewport

Actual results: FullRoot, SideB, an invisible Visual Element, and the cyan Visual Element are selected

Expected results: Only FullRoot and SideB are selected

Reproducible with versions: 6000.6.0b1, 6000.6.1f1, 6000.7.0a6

Can’t test with versions: 6000.83f1, 6000.3.24f1, 6000.6.0a7 (No UI Viewport compatibility)

Tested on (OS): Windows 11 Pro (25H2)
