Add "Draw Calls Count" profiling counter back

"Draw Calls Count" metric was previously removed but should be added back.

Actual:
ProfilerRecorder.StartNew(ProfilerCategory.Render, "Draw Calls Count") returns 0
Expected:
ProfilerRecorder.StartNew(ProfilerCategory.Render, "Draw Calls Count") > 0
