Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Import the attached "GraphToolkitScript.cs" Script into the project
3. Create two Graphs (Assets > Create > Graph Toolkit Samples > Simple Graph)
4. Open both Graphs in separate Graph Toolkit windows by double-clicking on the Assets
5. Make a change in each Graph (e.g. add a Variable) to make both dirty
6. Load any Editor Layout (Window > Layouts)
7. Observe the "Unsaved Changes Detected" pop-up
Actual result: pop-up body contains a stray "True" value and names only one of the two unsaved Graphs, with "Save All" and "Discard All" buttons present
Expected result: The pop-up does not contain a stray "True" value and the listed Graphs match the displayed buttons
