How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "LocalizationAET"
2. Go to Localization Repro -> Run editor cases
3. Observe logs with the [Case 1] tag in the Console

Expected results: The message says "Acquired=2 Released=2"
Actual results: The message says "Acquired=2 Released=1"

Reproducible with: 6000.7.0a6

Reproducible on: macOS Tahoe 26 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
