The Font License Notice dialog opens in the monitor top-left corner instead of centered when converting a font in the Font Asset Migration window

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a project on 7000.0a1
2. Import TMP Essentials from Window > TextMeshPro > Import TMP Essential Resources
3. Open Window > TextMeshPro > Font Asset Migration
4. Select a font to convert and click Convert
5. Observe where the Font License Notice confirmation dialog appears on screen.

Actual results: The Font License Notice modal dialog appears in the TOP-LEFT corner of the monitor, not centered on screen or over the Font Asset Migration window. It is modal (blocks the main thread until dismissed), so the mispositioning makes it easy to miss and looks broken.

Expected results: The dialog should open centered on screen (or over the parent window), like other Editor modal confirmation dialogs.

Reproducible with versions: 6000.7.0b1, 7000.0.0a1

Can’t test with versions: 6000.0.84f1, 6000.3.24f1, 6000.6.1f1
