Steps to reproduce:
- Open a project on 7000.0a1
- Import TMP Essentials from Window > TextMeshPro > Import TMP Essential Resources
- Open Window > TextMeshPro > Font Asset Migration
- Duplicate the LiberationSans SDF Font Asset and observe the Font Asset Migration font list
Actual results: The Font Asset Migration window does not list the newly imported font assets. Its Static Font Assets list stays as it was when the window opened, even after clicking back onto the window. The only way to make the new fonts appear is to close the window and open it again. Deleting fonts from the project and selecting them in the list will update that specific font's entry
Expected results: The window should pick up font assets imported while it is open - by re-scanning when it regains focus, or by subscribing to asset-import / project-changed events - so importing TMP Essentials (or any font asset) while the window is open shows the new fonts without a close and reopen.
Reproducible with versions: 6000.7.0b1, 7000.0.0a1
Can’t test with versions: 6000.0.84f1, 6000.3.24f1, 6000.6.1f1
Tested on (OS): Windows 11
