Inconsistent spawning location in Split Screen Multiplayer Sample

We don't care enough about this problem to fix it, because it's not central to the sample.
Reproduction Steps:
1. Open the attached project "SplitScreen.zip" and scene "Split Screen Multiplayer"
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Using a combination of the Mouse (Left Click) and Gamepads (Right trigger) to spawn multiple models and split the camera
4. Observe the Prefabs' placement
5. If all of the prefabs are on pedestals, exit Play Mode and repeat steps 2-4
Expected result: All of the spawned prefabs are placed on pedestals
Actual result: Spawned prefabs can also be placed on the floor in the opposite direction
Reproducible with: 3.0.0-pre.7 (2022.3.5f1, 2023.1.4f1, 2023.2.0a23)
Could not test with: 2.9.7 (2021.3.28f1) (Split Screen Multiplayer scene not available)
