How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "ShadowmapStencilMemory"
2. Open the "Repro" scene
3. Enter Play Mode and note the reported size of "_MainLightShadowmapTexture" in the on-screen overlay
4. Exit Play Mode and select the "Renderer_Repro" asset in Assets/Settings
5. In the Inspector, enable "Shadowmap Stencil" at the bottom of the Rendering section
6. Enter Play Mode and observe the results
Expected results: Enabling Shadowmap Stencil adds at most one byte per texel of stencil, and the tooltip or documentation states the memory cost
Actual results: The 4096x4096 shadowmap grows from 32.0 MB (D16_UNorm) to 80.0 MB (D32_SFloat_S8_UInt), a 2.5x increase, with no warning and no mention in the tooltip

Can't test with: 6000.7.0a3 (No feature)
Reproducible on: macOS Tahoe 26 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
