Built-in settings in Graphics settings are still displayed despite the Built-in Render Pipeline being deprecated

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create and open a new URP project
2. Open 'Edit -> Project Settings -> Graphics'
3. Scroll down and observe

Actual results: A table with "Built-in" options is available

Expected results: A table with only 'URP' or no table is shown - settings integrated into the main Graphics settings window

Reproducible with versions: 6000.7.0a1, 6000.7.0b1, 7000.0.0a1

Can’t test with versions: 6000.0.84f1, 6000.3.24f1, 6000.6.2f1 (BiRP is still supported)

Tested on (OS): Windows 11 Pro (25H2)

Notes:

• A warning "A Scriptable Render Pipeline is in use. Settings in the Built-In Render Pipeline are not currently in use." is displayed in the Settings window when switching to Built-in section
