How to reproduce:
1. Extract the attached "B1_SuppressionLeak.zip" and open "PA_SuppressLeak_A"
2. Window -> Analysis -> Project Auditor, press "Start Analysis"
3. Go to Optimization -> Code -> Start Analysis -> select a row whose Issue column reads "System.String.Concat"
4. In the details panel press "Suppress Issue Type", then "Suppress" in the confirmation dialog
5. Close project A and open "PA_SuppressLeak_B"
6. Go to Edit -> Preferences (macOS: Unity -> Settings) -> Analysis -> Project Auditor
7. Observe the "Suppressed Issues" field
Expected results: The field is empty
Actual results: The field has a suppressed issue from another proejct
Reproducible with: 6000.7.0a4, 6000.7.0b1
Can't test with: 6000.7.0a3 (No such feature)
Reproducible on: macOS Tahoe 26.6.2 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
