"PhysicsCore2D.PhysicsShape.PreSolveCallback marker id is invalid" warnings are thrown if Physics Core 2D Profiler module is selected during profiling

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the attached project
2. Enter Play mode
3. In the Profiler window, select the Physics Core 2D module to view it's data
4. Observe the Console window

Actual results: "PhysicsCore2D.PhysicsShape.PreSolveCallback marker id is invalid" warnings are thrown if the Physics Core 2D module is selected during profiling

Expected results: No warnings or errors are thrown if Physics Core 2D module is selected during profiling

Reproducible with versions: 1.0.0 (6000.7.0b1, 7000.0.0a1)
