BehaviorProjectSettings saves file path instead of folder path

Steps to reproduce:
1. From a behavior graph blackboard, create a new Enum using the wizard
2. Go to Project Settings > Behavior > Asset Settings
3. Observe that Save folder is the filepath of the enum created
4. Go back to the graph and try to create a new Sequence using the wizard

Actual results: 
File path is saved instead of folder path, causing domain reload compiles forever and the editor needs to be terminated.

Expected results: 
Folder path is saved.
