Skybox is not Anti-aliased when using TAA Anti-aliasing

How to reproduce:

1. Open the attached “IN-151803” project
2. Open the “TAA Skybox Bug” scene
3. Observe the Game view

Actual result: The skybox is not Anti-aliased, but the Cube is
Expected result: The skybox is Anti-aliased, just like the Cube

Reproducible with: 6000.0.0f1, 6000.0.85f1, 6000.3.25f1, 6000.6.2f1, 6000.7.0b2, 7000.0.0a1

Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested

Note: The skybox is Anti-aliased correctly if using FXAA or SMAA Anti-aliasing
