Steps to reproduce:
- Take a URP project with URP 17.7.0 and com.unity.project-auditor-rules installed
- Run an analysis in batch mode "Unity -batchmode -nographics -projectPath <p> -executeMethod <method calling ProjectAuditor.Audit>"
- Time the run and read the Editor log
- Repeat on 6000.7.0a5 and 6000.7.0a6 on the same project and the same machine
Actual results: Measured on a MacBook Pro, Apple M1 Max, 64 GB, macOS 26.6.2 (Tahoe)

Expected results: The analysis does not block for ten minutes when the converter cannot scan. It fails fast when the Search index is unavailable, or uses a far shorter timeout.
Reproducible with versions: 6000.7.0a6, 6000.7.0b1
Not reproducible with versions: 6000.7.0a5
