Steps to reproduce:
- Open Unity Hub (3.22.0-beta.1) and click "Learn"
- Select the "Recommended" tab
- Click each card in turn and read the page that opens in the browser
Actual results: Error 404: Sorry about that, we can't find the page you're looking for.

Notes: Separate from https://issuetracker.unity.com/issues/24180, which concerns Recommended cards appearing in Japanese, Korean and Chinese while the Hub is set to English
