Settings > Notifications: "documentation" link opens generic Unity Hub page instead of Notifications-specific documentation

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Unity Hub
2. Navigate to Settings > Notifications
3. Click the "documentation" link in the text: "Having trouble receiving OS
notifications? Check out our documentation for help"

Actual results: The generic Unity Hub documentation page opens, there is no content about Notification

Expected results:  Documentation page specific to Hub OS notifications opens

Reproducible with versions: Unity Hub 3.21.3, 3.22.0-beta.1

Tested on (OS): macOS 26.6.1 (Apple silicon)
