How to reproduce:
1. Open the linked project (IN-153496_Repro)
2. Open scene “TestScene1“
3. In the Scene Hierarchy, select the “Test“ GameObject
4. In the Inspector, expand the Tiles and Visuals fields
5. Right-click the “Terrain Authoring Data” component and select “Simulate Paint” and then “Simulate Erasure“
6. Press Undo twice to undo both actions
7. Press Redo
Actual result: The Editor crashes
Expected result: The Action is redone
Reproducible with: 6000.6.0a6, 6000.6.2f1, 6000.7.0b2, 7000.0.0a1
Could not test with: 6000.0.84f1, 6000.3.24f1, 6000.6.0a5 (Required inspector options do not show up)
Reproducible on: Windows 11 (CQA), Windows 10 (User)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

- If the crash does not occur, re-extract the project from the archive, delete the Library folder, open the project, open the scene, and then restart the project.
