Cannot sample RenderTexture anymore

Steps to reproduce:

• In the project browser create a RenderTexture
• Create a new VFX Graph
• Add a Sample Texture 2D node
• Try to find the created render texture or try to drop it from the project browser

Actual result: the render texture cannot be found and the drag&drop is rejected

Expected result: the render texture is listed in the search window and the drag&drop is accepted.
