Steps to reproduce:
- Pick an installed editor with available modules, for example 7000.0.0a1
- Run in terminal "unity modules list 7000.0.0a1"
- Review the Download size and Size on disk columns for "android", "android-sdk-ndk-tools" and "android-open-jdk-17.0.18+8"
- Compare against the raw byte counts in <Editor>/modules.json, and against the same rows in the Hub's Manage modules dialog
Actual results: Every size the CLI prints is too small, by about 7% for GB values and 5% for MB. Android Build Support downloads 2.53 GB and the CLI calls it 2.36 GB.The Hub shows 2.53 GB for the same module, so the CLI and the Hub give the user two different sizes for the same download.
Expected results: The CLI should show the same size
Reproducible with versions: 1.0.0-beta.10
Tested on (OS): MacBook Pro - Golden Gate 27.0
