How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Install the Project Auditor Rules 3.0.0
3. Observe the Console
Expected results: The Project Auditor Rules package compiles and Project Auditor becomes usable
Actual results: Five compile errors are thrown from the package and all script compilation in the project fails, so no user code runs until the package is removed by hand from Packages/manifest.json
Reproducible with: 6000.7.0b2
Reproducible on: Ubuntu 24.04.4 LTS (x86_64), macOS Tahoe 26 (M1)
Note: On some versions, the bug reproduces on macOS only when installed via "Install rule" button and doesn't reproduce when installed from the Package Manager
