How to reproduce:
1. Create and open a new project
2. Navigate to Project Settings, Player tab (Edit > Project Settings > Player)
3. In the Android tab, Identification section, make sure Target API Level is set to 31 or higher
4. Navigate to Build Profiles (File > Build Profiles)
5. Create an Android profile if one does exist and switch to it
6. Build the project
7. In Finder (File Explorer), navigate to “%PROJECT PATH&/Library/Bee/Android/Prj/IL2CPP/Gradle/”
8. Open “gradle.properties” in a text editor
9. Observe the “unity.targetSdkVersion” value
Actual result: The value is lower by 6 compared to selected API Level in step 3
Expected result: The value matches selected API Level in step 3
