Methods with an AnimationEventInfo parameter are missing from the "Function" dropdown when selecting a function for an Animation Event

How to reproduce:

1. Open the attached "IN-154327" project
2. In the Hierarchy, select the "Test" GameObject
3. In the menu bar, select "Window" > "Animation" > "Animation"
4. In the Animation window, select the event marker on the "New Animation" clip
5. In the Inspector, open the "Function" dropdown and select "Methods" > "Test"
6. Observe the listed methods

Actual result: Only "OnEvent_NoParameter()" and "OnEvent_AnimationEvent(AnimationEvent)" are listed
Expected result: "OnEvent_AnimationEventInfo(AnimationEventInfo)" is also listed

Reproducible with: 6000.5.0a9, 6000.6.5f1, 6000.7.0b3, 7000.0.0a5
Could not test with: 6000.0.0f1, 6000.0.84f1, 6000.3.26f1 (AnimationEventInfo was introduced in 6000.5.0a9)
