With Media Foundation's software H.264 decoder, a crop that starts from the top-left corner is not handled.
Repro steps
- Clip: crop_clip_cropped_offset_2x2_..._H264.mp4 in Assets/AudioVideoFiles.
- Uncomment tests: VideoPlayerCropping.CroppedClipWithOffset_* (H264),
- 1. run with software decoding
- 2. run without HW decoding
Actual result:
test fails
