UI stops receiving pointer events after an assembly reload when using InputSystemUIInputModule

How to reproduce:

1. Open the attached “IN-155070” project
2. Enter Play mode
3. Interact with the UI elements in Game view
4. In the Project window select the “RandScript“ script and reimport it
5. Try interacting with the UI elements in Game view again
6. Observe the UI elements

Actual result: After reimporting a script you can’t interact with the UI elements
Expected result: You can interact with UI Elements

Reproducible with: 6000.2.0a8, 6000.3.25f1, 6000.6.4f1, 6000.7.0b3, 7000.0.0a5
Not reproducible with: 6000.0.0f1, 6000.0.84f1, 6000.2.0a7
