Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new Unity project using Universal 3D Template
2. In Tutorial window, press on “Unity Gaming Services Configuration”
3. Go to Step 2
4. Press on “Developer Dashboard” link
Actual results: Link does nothing
Expected results: The link navigates to the Developer Dashboard page
Reproducible with versions: 3.0.0 (6000.0.85f1, 6000.3.35f1, 6000.6.6f1, 6000.7.0b4, 7000.0.0a5)
Tested on (OS): Windows 11, macOS 27
Notes:
- The href is missing the https:// scheme (cloud.unity.com instead of https://cloud.unity.com), causing it to be treated as a relative path rather than an external URL
