How to reproduce:
1. Open or create a Unity project on Windows.
2. In Build Profiles / Build Settings, set target platform to Windows Standalone.
3. Set Scripting Backend to CoreCLR.
4. Enable "Create Visual Studio Solution" and build the project.
5. Inspect the output directories under `build\bin\<variation>\CoreCLR\native` (e.g., `x64\Debug` or `x64\Release`).
Expected results:
Only the required CoreCLR runtime files are deployed, matching the file selection of a standard standalone build. Non-shipping binaries (`msquic.dll`, `hostfxr.dll`, `hostpolicy.dll`) and static libraries (`*-Static.lib`) are excluded, and PDB files are only copied if "Copy PDB files" is enabled.
Actual results:
All files under `CoreCLR/native` are copied unconditionally beside every configuration executable, including `msquic.dll`, `hostfxr.dll`, `hostpolicy.dll`, static libraries (`*-Static.lib`), and all PDB files regardless of PDB copy settings.
Reproducible with: 6000.7.0b5, 7000.0.0a7
