How to reproduce:
1. Create a new URP project
2. Switch the build target to Android
3. Build and Run on an Android device
4. Ensure that the device display sleep time is at least 30 minutes
5. Let the app run in the foreground on the device between 10 and 25 min
Expected results: The app does not crash
Actual results: "Error IMGSRV :473: glClientWaitSync: Expected application to have kicked everything until job: 568212" error is spammed in the logcat and the app crashes
