How to reproduce:
- Open the attached "IN-155687_repro" project
- In the menu bar, select "Tools" > "Reproduce GetRelativeMatrix2D useScale"
- Observe the "useScale=false" scale value in the Console window
Actual result: "PhysicsMath.GetRelativeMatrix2D" returns a matrix with the target's scale "(2.00, 3.00, 1.00)" when "useScale" is false, the same as when "useScale" is true
Expected result: "PhysicsMath.GetRelativeMatrix2D" returns a matrix with the scale "(1.00, 1.00, 1.00)" when "useScale" is false
Reproducible with: 6000.5.0b2, 6000.6.6f1, 6000.7.0b5, 7000.0.0a8
Could not test with: 6000.0.85f1, 6000.3.26f1 (the "PhysicsMath.GetRelativeMatrix2D" API was introduced in 6000.5.0b2)
Reproducible on: Ubuntu 24.04 LTS, Nobara Linux 44 (by user)
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
Note: In the 6000.5.X and 6000.6.X streams, the "useScale=true" and "useScale=false" scale is "(2.00, 3.00, 4.00)", as the out-of-plane scale is not yet ignored
