Adding new Meta Quest Platform in Build Profiles window throws error

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Open the Build Profiles window
3. Select “Add Build Profile” below “Build Profiles” tab
4. In Platform Browser window select and add new “Meta Quest” Build Profile
5. Wait for the Editor to load and observe the Console window

Actual results: Error is thrown in the Console:

Cannot create Settings Providers for: CreateAllChildSettingsProviders
UnityEditor.EditorApplication:Internal_CallDelayFunctions () (at /Users/bokken/build/output/unity/unity/Editor/Mono/EditorApplication.cs:399)

Expected results: No errors are thrown in the Console window

Reproducible with versions: 6000.1.0a2, 6000.1.0b9, 6000.2.0a6

Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.41f1

Can’t test with versions: 6000.1.0a1 (Meta Quest not available)

Tested on (OS): macbook Pro, 2019 (Sequoia 15.1.1)
