DynamicArray.Insert throws "ArgumentException" when the array has at most one free slot

How to reproduce:

1. Open the attached "IN-156502" project
2. In the menu bar, select "Tools" > "Bug Repros" > "C182 SRP DynamicArray Insert"
3. Observe the Console

Actual result: "ArgumentException" is thrown, and the array is [1,2,3,0]
Expected result: The item is inserted, and the array is [9,1,2,3]

Reproducible with: 6000.0.0f1, 6000.7.0b6, 7000.0.0a11

Reproducible on: Windows 10 (by user), Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested

Workaround: Call Reserve(size + 2, true) before Insert. With two free slots, the shift stays inside the buffer and the result is correct
