We have confirmed the issue. However, the fix for it will not be prioritized in the near future, so we're closing this ticket. We might reopen this ticket if priorities change.

Steps to reproduce:

Create a new project
Open the Packager Manager
Hover on the "In Project" button
Observe the background outline on the right-side
Compare with Unity Registry/My Assets buttons

Actual results: There is no outline on the right-side of the label popup

Expected results: The label has a right-side outline with the UI

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.43f1, 6000.1.0b11, 6000.2.0a7

Tested on (OS): Ubuntu 24.04
