6000.4 is now EOL, the fix will land in all other LIVE Unity versions.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Switch to Android build profile
3. Make sure both ARMv7 and ARM64 Target Architectures are turned on (Edit → Project Settings → Player → Android Tab)
4. Enable “Split APKs by target architecture”
5. Build the Android Player
6. Run “apkanalyzer manifest version-code <APK_PATH>” on both APKs in the terminal
7. Observe the terminal
Actual result: Both APKs return 1
Expected result: ARM64 returns 200001 and ARMv7 returns 100001
