Opening reference for all URP Pipeline Specific Settings redirects to documentation for incorrect Unity Version

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a Unity URP Project
2. Open Graphics Settings via Edit > Project Settings > Graphics
3. Under Pipeline Specific Settings, ensure that you are on the URP tab
4. Click the 'open reference' question mark icons next to each section header in the list

Actual results: The documentation for Unity 6 opens

Expected results: The documentation for Unity 6.1 Alpha opens

Reproducible with versions: 6000.1.0a10

Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.33f1

Can't test with versions: 2022.3.53f1, 2021.3.47f1

Tested on (OS): Ubuntu 24.04, Windows 11
