Creating an empty project throws 2 errors in the Console when created using a macOS M1 Virtual Machine

Reproduction steps:

1. Connect to a M1 Virtual Machine

1. Open Unity Hub

1. Create and open a new project using a Silicon Editor

1. Open the Console window

Expected result: There are no errors or logs
Actual result: There are 2 errors are present

Reproducible with: 2021.3.30f1, 2022.3.10f1
Not reproducible with: 2023.2.0b10, 2023.3.0a6
