The Project window search bar moves when the Escape keyboard key is pressed while focused on the Project window on macOS

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "PROJECTFILE" project
2. Click and focus on the Project window
3. Press the Escape keyboard key
4. Observe the Project window search bar

Expected result: The Project window search bar does not move
Actual result: The Project window search bar moves

Reproducible with: 2022.2.21f1, 2022.3.18f1, 2023.2.7f1, 2023.3.0b4
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.34f1, 2022.2.20f1

Reproducible on: macOS Sonoma 14.2.1 (M1 Max), macOS Ventura 13.6.3 (Intel)
Not reproducible on: Windows 10

Note: The Project window search bar returns back to its original place when the mouse moves or any keyboard key is pressed
