Crash on MixerEffectDefinitions:GetAudioEffectNames when adding a specific .bundle file to a project in macOS

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new empty project
2. Drag and drop the attached “IN-141863.bundle” file into the Project window
3. Observe the crash

Reproducible in: 6000.0.1f1, 6000.0.75f1, 60000.3.16f1, 6000.4.9f1, 6000.5.0b10, 6000.6.0a5

Reproducible on: macOS 15.3 (M2 Ultra), macOS 15.5 (M2 Pro)
Not reproducible on: Windows 11

Note: Restarting the project will cause it to crash on startup
