When rounded corners are used on an element with overflow:hidden, the stencil buffer is required for masking. However, the stencil clear is not enabled on the PanelSetting asset (Assets/UI Toolkit/PanelSettings, in your project). To fix this, simply check "Clear Depth Stencil" on the PanelSettings.

How to reproduce:
1. Open ‘IN-113378.zip’ project
2. Open the GameOverUI Visual Tree Asset (Assets/UI Toolkit (test)/GameOverUI)
3. In the UI Builder Hierarchy, select ‘#toLobbyBtn’
4. In the UI Builder Inspector field, navigate to ’Border'
5. Increase Radius of the button above 1 px
6. Observe the result

Expected result: Text is visible in the GameView
Actual result: Text is not visible in the GameView

Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a1, 6000.0.58f1, 6000.2.5f1, 6000.3.0b2

Reproducible on: macOS 15.6.1 (M1 Max)
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
