Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached Unity project "FrameDebuggerIssue.zip"
2. Navigate to Assets > Scenes folder and open "TestScene.unity" Scene
3. Go to Build Settings, change Platform to Android and Build and Run the project to a device (make sure Development Build is enabled)
4. In the Editor navigate to Window > Analysis and open the Frame Debug window
5. Attach the Frame Debugger to the Player and Enable it
6. Move the mouse around or click on the Frame Debugger window and observe
Expected result: The Frame Debugger window does not refresh and allows to debug the Frame
Actual result: The Frame Debugger window keeps refreshing and does not allow to debug the Frame
