TabView with icons is smaller in height then other tabs with text

Steps to reproduce:

1.  Open Window > UI Toolkit > Samples
2.  Observe the tab examples

Actual results: tabs with icons only is smaller compared to the other tab examples

Expected results: all tab examples sizes are the same

Reproducible with versions: 
6000.0.0b11, 6000.0.46f1, 6000.1.0b13, 6000.1.0b14, 6000.2.0a8

Can’t test with versions: 
2022.3.61f1 (no TabView tab)

Tested on (OS): 
Mac OS 15.3.2
